Yes, you can get one-time repairs and small projects help through your Digs VIP Support Team. Some of the most common requests are: plumber, electrician, tree-trimming, appliance repair, handyman, painting, garage door repair, masonry, fence repair, exterior rot repair, roof repair, window repair, door replacement. Just reach out to your Digs VIP Support Team for help and we’ll get you set up.
After creating a custom, Digs VIP Annual Plan and maintenance schedule for your home, your Digs VIP Support Team will coordinate and ensure that each of your services are scheduled and completed. Using the Digs app, you can view your plan and schedule. You can add additional services to your plan at any time.
The cost for your Digs VIP Annual Plan will vary depending on the services that you choose. Once your Digs VIP Annual Plan is set, the cost is divided evenly for the year and you pay one, simple monthly fee for all of the services that you chose. Individual repairs and small projects are priced separately outside of your yearly plan and vary depending on the nature of the project.
Changes to your Digs Annual Plan are easy. Just reach out to your Digs VIP Support Team.
We are committed to providing you with amazing service. However, we know that life sometimes takes unexpected turns. When that happens, and you need to cancel, reach out to your Digs VIP Support Team. Although we would hate to see you cancel, we will work with you to true-up your account based on the services completed in your plan for the year.
